Custom Orders

All of our custom items are made to order, specifically tailored to your preferences. Due to the nature of these custom products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed. However, you may cancel an order within the first hour after placing it.

If your custom order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Standard Products

For standard (non-custom) products, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Clearance items or products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process for Standard Products

  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds for Standard Products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
  • Custom Orders: We only replace custom items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us.
  • Standard Products: If you need to exchange a standard product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, whether custom or standard, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
